We finally made it back to Florida this year after almost 3 years of not going to Florida because Joce couldn't get Christmas time off. Had a great time as we always do when we go to Florida. Stayed with Jim. We had a new person this year, Jason, our future son-in-law. Joce and I went down first driving on the 19th. Kim, Jason, and Brian came down next driving on the 21st. Finally Ashley and Jaylan came down by airplane on the 22nd. Joce and I attended Mom's annual Christmas Party on the 19th. We did all our Xmas shopping down there so between the time we arrived and Xmas day we mostly shopped.  We had Xmas dinner at moms on Christmas Day. After Xmas we had a little party for Brian going into the Army, went to Ripley's Believe It or Not, and to the alligator Museum. We also watched the Chicago Bears loose their last game and not make the playoffs. We did Irish New Years at mom's annual Irish New Years Eve party and then went to Jim's and did regular New Years Eve there. We had New Years Dinner at Mom's. After that it was pretty much getting ready to head back to the frigid north country.

Jaylan had a great time at Jim's. He liked throwing things in the pool and making us fish the stuff out. No, we did not swim. Water was cold even though temps were great.		Christmas Eve we were standing in line to get Jaylan pictures with Santa.
