Labor Day September 7, 2009 Dan and the kids came up to visit us. My sister Lisa was not well that day and chose not to come up. They brought Baby Shower gifts for Kimberly and vegetables (tomatoes, zucchini, and egg plant) from their garden. We BBQ two big Pork loins on the grill. Also added the zucchini and eggplant to the peppers for grilling. So we grilled onions and peppers/zucchini, and eggplant. Had corn on the cob and watermelon. Good eats, pork loin came out perfect. Kids had a great time with the three dogs Crystal, Einstein, and Candy. Dan and the kids then helped take down the gazebo. Was a nice holiday.
